• A contract is formed only once we email you a Dispatch Confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

• All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are listed in GBP (£).
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Payment must be made in full at checkout using:

8.2 Non-Faulty Returns (Change of Mind)

If eligible under the 14-day cancellation rules:

• You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.

We may deduct value for signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

8.3 Non-Returnable Items

8.4 Refunds

9. Warranty

We provide a 6 month warranty covering:

• Structural faults

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage from incorrect assembly
• Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Exposure to moisture, heat, or environmental conditions
• Wear and tear

• Some products require assembly.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly.
